Geared specifically towards UIA’s World Congress of Architects younger participants Christ Precht of Studio Precht and Kai-Uwe Bergmann of BIG will provide their own paths for entering the profession through a candid conversation that ventures from their initial experiences to riffing off one another to the benefit of the audience.
Having a wide range of experiences of working internationally on both large scale projects but both still having a deep love of the craft of constructing small scale interventions, the conversation will take the audience on a journey from distant shores to Alpine peaks and everywhere in between upon which the UIA audience will be invited to participate in a relaxed, informal setting for a rich interdisciplinary dialogue touching on our planet, its resources and how we shall steward these for future generations. We need to do better. It’s on us.
