In this keynote, world renowned architect and humanitarian Yasmeen Lari will share examples from her practice and showcase instances of self-build by poor communities to attain self-sufficiency in flood resilient housing, hunger reduction and flood mitigation measures.
The keynote presentation will be Ms. Lari’s first public appearance in Denmark and it is linked to The Rebuilding Pavilion, where she will also take part in activities during the congress.
The session is part of the series ‘Realdania Talks’ funded by the philanthropic association Realdania.
