Christine Bjerke is a Danish-Norwegian architect based in Copenhagen. In 2022 she co-founded the non-profit association Building Diversity, focusing on inclusivity and diversity in the architectural field in Denmark and beyond. She is also co-founder of The Diversity & Equality Platform at The Danish Association of Architects.
Christine is a Teaching Assistant Professor at The Royal Danish Academy, teaching both design and architecture. Alongside teaching she has her own practice focusing on projects layering research and design. She holds a Diploma of Architecture from The Bartlett School of Architecture University College London and a Bachelor of Architecture from The Royal Danish Academy – Architecture, Design, Conservation.
