Ennie Dodou is a senior Greek lawyer and an experienced legal advisor and legal project manager. She is the Chief Legal Officer of TIF-HELEXPO S.A. Co-founder of ETHOS LAW in Thessaloniki.
Ennie is has an L.L.B. from the Law School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, a Diploma in European Studies from the “Europa Institut” of the Saarland University (Germany) and an L.L.M. International Hellenic University. She is also an accredited Mediator from the Center of Effective Dispute Resolution in London, U.K.
Ennie has extensive commercial and corporate law experience and specializes in ongoing corporate governance compliance and in providing corporations and their administration with continuous specialized legal advice and guidance. Ennie has a demonstrating history in negotiating, counseling and drafting a wide range of major commercial and financial complex agreements and transactions for both Greek and foreign corporations and investors.
Ennie has been a legal advisor in the exhibition’s industry for over 12 years and has obtained a strong legal experience in the MICE sector. As Chief Legal Advisor of TIF-HELEXPO S.A. she has helped navigate the company through corporate governance challenges and compliance issues and has advised TIF-HELEXPO on complex legal demands of the exhibition’s industry. Ennie is a member of the management team of TIF-HELEXPO’S redevelopment and holds a key role in all projects and procedures related to this iconic urban regeneration.
