Gabriella Medvegy

Professor, University of Pécs, Hungary

Gabriella Medvegy earned her master’s degree (2003) and DLA degree (2006) and Habilitation Scientific Qualification (2010) in Architecture. She is a practicing Architect. She is a full professor and currently the dean at the University of Pécs, Faculty of Engineering and Information Technology, with its over 3.000 students.

Her responsibilities include the Architecture Programs at the University of Pécs, the external ‘Architecture Minor’ Study Programs at Metropolitan State University of Denver (Colorado, USA), ‘Pécs Innovation Class’ at the Hubei University of Technology Wuhan (China), she is supervisor at UP’s Marcel Breuer Architectural Doctoral School and a member of the “Parameterized Comfort in Physical Spaces Research Team” focusing on visual comfort, interior design, and human health.
