Leading urbanism projects and conversations with all the complexity that that entails across urban systems, Nielsine is an urbanist and a key part of the urbanism team at Henning Larsen. She engages holistically with questions of the future of cities and its residents within a rapidly changing world and has worked with the social and physical fabric of cities in a variety of contexts. A strong focus is always on placemaking, social cohesion and the reciprocal relationship between people and places. She believes that each project is unique and needs a unique approach, therefore, in her work, she focuses on the analysis and research phase in order to obtain a deep contextual understanding.
Nielsine has delivered multiple frameworks, masterplans and concept designs for projects across Europe, Middle East and Asia having been based in both Copenhagen, Seoul and London.
