Ar. HO possesses a Master Degree in Design from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, a Master of Science Degree in Sustainable & Environmental Design from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and a Master of Architecture Degree as well as a Bachelor of Arts (Hon) Degree in Architectural Studies from the University of Hong Kong. Ar. Ho is a director of the HK Professional Green Building Council, member of the HK Architects Registration Board, and Vice Chairman Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Architect HK Project Monitoring Committee. Ar. Ho has rich experience in educational and institutional works, in project management of capital works and promotes the culture of design competition and exhibition.

As Assistant Director Industry Development of the Construction Industry Council HK, Ar. Ho led the work of construction business development; environmental & sustainability; construction safety; estates office and assisted in design for manufacturing and assembly, modular integrated construction, adoption of new innovations and technologies to the construction industry. Currently, Ar. Ho is the Deputy Head/ Estates, Health and Safety Division, HK Vocational Training Council.
