Under 40s on 2040: the Chinese youth speaking on the future urban, rural, and virtual

When the most populated country faces huge challenges in the built (and to some extent, the unbuilt) environment, it’s intriguing to know what the younger generation think and do.

This session will present a hexagon of views from Chinese architects under 40. Some of them work more in the cities, some in the countryside, and some focus in the digital world. But they share one thing in common: a faith in architecture for the greater good.
