NAME BADGES
All participants will receive a QR code via email a few days before the congress starts. This code is for printing your name badge when you arrive at the venue.

BUY A DISCOUNTED TRAVEL PASS
Public transport can take you anywhere in Copenhagen! Get unlimited travel in the Capital region both day and night in metro, train and bus including to and from the airport with a 78% discount. It is possible to buy a Travel Pass in the period June 30th to July 10th.
The Travel Pass must be valid for at least 2 consecutive days. Upon purchase, the Travel Pass ticket is delivered to the participant as a PDF document via email and can simply be shown digitally on your smartphone or be printed before arrival. Simple and easy.

PRESENTATION UPLOAD CENTER
If not done in advance via the upload link sent to all speakers, all speakers should upload their presentation in the Presentation Upload Center at least 1 hour before their presentation is scheduled to start.

Welcome Reception (fully booked)

ATT: Only access for those, who have booked a ticket in advance. Tickets will be sent via email a few days before the event and must be presented upon arrival at the event.
Architecture Run
Time: 2 July, 10.00-13.00
Place: Starts from The Danish Architecture Center (DAC) – location on Google Maps

BRING YOUR OWN
We encourage you to think and act in a sustainable way.
Bring your own:
- Congress bag
- Water bottle. Water fountains with clean tap water can be found in the exhibition area, so it is a good idea to bring your own waterbottle. Cups made of recyclable materials are also available.
- Coffee mug / tea cup. It will be possible to fill your own cup at coffee stations
- Device. Come well charged to be able to use the app to browse the programme during congress days (3 re-charging stations are available)
Meals, snacks, sweets etc. are available at the venue for purchase.
We aim to create an inclusive space for everyone, regardless of ability. We have strict guidelines for how the congress is structured, and how events, exhibitions and activities must live up to accessibility requirements.
