As a response to the current housing crisis in Iceland, a framework agreement was signed, between the Icelandic government and the Icelandic Association of Local Authorities to secure a dramatic growth of 25% in the country’s housing stock over the next 10 years. Iceland’s situation is far from unique and sets the ground for a wider conversation.
