Cristóbal Tirado

Architect PUC Chile, March UPC Spain, Founder of TIRADO architects, ICC Member Chile

Cristóbal Tirado, is an architect settled in Chile, founder of TIRADO architects, a studio dedicated especially to the development of public projects through architecture competitions, of various scales and programs: culture, health, heritage, infrastructure, research, parks, public space, and transports, among others.

He collaborates in committees with the International Union of Architects and the Chilean Chamber of Architects, for the promotion of architecture competitions and the quality of public projects, to build better and more equitable cities.

In 2014 he received by the Chilean Chamber of Architects, the national award as the best Chilean Architect under 35 years.

He is a professor at the chilean schools of architecture of the Universidad Católica, Universidad de Chile and Universidad Finis Terrae. He has also taught at the Polytechnic University of Barcelona, and in various workshops.
