Belinda Seale

Principal Architect, Haptic Space

Belinda is Principal Architect and Access Consultant of her Melbourne based practice, Haptic Space. With over 25 years’ experience in design and delivery of enabling and therapeutic environments, she also provides accessible and inclusive design advice to built environment professionals, building owners and developers.

She is currently undertaking cross-disciplinary PhD research into environments for stroke rehabilitation at Deakin University, working in conjunction with NOVELL Redesign at the Florey Institute of Neuroscience and Mental Health. Belinda currently represents the Australian Institute of Architects on the UIA Architecture for All Work Group in Region IV.
