Katja Viltoft is partner and owner of JJW Arkitekter – a Copenhagen based Architecture Company founded in 1986. With a focus on delivering everyday architecture for everybody, JJW Arkitekter strive to develop customized designs, that match the end-users needs and generate extraordinary design for everyday activities. JJWs approach is to be social responsible through a distinctive ‘architectural behavior’. They hereby wish to contribute to a positive change in the built environment, with values focused on ethics, sustainability, knowledge sharing, and social and cultural consideration. Typical JJW projects are design, transformations, housing projects, public schools, nursing homes and workplaces.

Katja Viltoft is Chairman of the board of the Danish Association of Architectural Firms, a trade association that represents approx. 650 danish architectural firms. The Danish Association of Architectural Firms work to ensure optimum framework conditions for the members based on the strategy ‘Building Better Lives’.
