Mads Kann-Rasmussen is the CEO of VKR Holding A/S, which invests in companies that deliver better living environments through daylight and fresh air. VKR Holding is the parent company of VELUX A/S and DOVISTA A/S and is also a cornerstone investor in the venture fund Kompas. Mads became CEO in 2016 and before then held several positions in Group companies in Denmark and around the world. Before the VKR Group Mads worked as a management consultant at Boston Consulting Group in Copenhagen.
Mads Kann-Rasmussen holds a Masters in Economics and Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School and has also attended programs at IMD Business School. In 2021, he became member of the board of WWF Denmark and was appointed chairperson of WWF Denmark in spring 2023.
