Nina Nedelykov

Partner, Nedelykov Moreira Architekten

Architect, lives and works in Berlin, partner in Nedelykov Moreira Architekten. The office has projects in the public and private sector, mainly in the fields of culture, education and heritage.
Nina lived in NYC, Vienna, São Paulo. She was UIA-Council-Member from 2005-2014 and she restarted and directed the work programme Heritage 1. She was Vice-President of the Bundesarchitektenkammer (BAK) 2001-2007, member of the Executive Board of the Architects Council of Europe (ACE) and Vice-President of the Architects Chamber of Berlin, where she (co)founded the work programmes “Architecture and Children” and “Heritage“.

She is a member of ICOMOS and has a wide portfolio of publications and lectures. Along the UIA-Congress 2014 in South-Africa she (co)curated the “Durban-Street” project in the „Beerhall“, using a sub-utilized historic building as starting-point and headquarter for urban renewal and the public discussion of architecture, heritage-potentials and sustainability.
