Rasha Nagi

Project Manager, Berghof Foundation

Rasha Nagi is a Project Manager at the Berghof Foundation, a German NGO that supports people in conflict in their efforts to achieve sustainable peace through conflict transformation and peacebuilding.

Currently, Rasha works for the Yemen Unit at Berghof, where she manages the Community Safety project. The project aims to strengthen the safety of communities in Yemen through local dialogue.

Previously, Rasha worked for the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Yemen, focusing on sustainable development and poverty reduction. She has also worked with various local NGOs in Yemen, including the Human Rights Information and Training Center and Generations without Qat.

Rasha is a Chevening Alumnus and holds a Master’s degree in Conflict, Security, and Development from the University of Bradford in the UK. Her studies focused on conflict-sensitive approaches to development, humanitarian assistance, and peacebuilding.
