Yu FU, Deputy Secretary General of China Association of Building Energy Efficiency, PhD, Senior Engineer. She is responsible for assisting the competent government departments to study multiple energy efficiency and renewable energy technical standards, carrying out multilateral and bilateral international exchanges and cooperation, and participating in the management of dozens of energy efficiency and environmental protection project in the whole process, possessing rich experience.

As the project leader, she implemented the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development/World Bank/Global Environment Facility project – “Research on Legislation to Promote Building Energy Efficiency and Green Building Development”, “Comprehensive Research on Domestic and Foreign Public Building Energy Efficiency and Low-carbon Management Policies and Systems”, “China/US Energy Efficiency China Better Building Action”, “Promotion and Mainstreaming of Sustainable Buildings in Western China”, “C40 China Building Programme”, and “C40 China Clean Construction Program”.

As a technical backbone of the project, she participated in the sub project of the national key research and development plan – The Commercial Market Promotion Model for the Comprehensive Renovation of Existing Public Buildings. As the backbone of the project, she completed the revision of the “Regulations on Energy Efficiency Management of Civil Buildings” and the legislative research on the “Regulations on Green Building Management”, and also completed the research on the “14th Five Year Plan for Building Energy Efficiency and Green Building Development” commissioned by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development, as well as the research on the “14th Five Year Plan for Building Energy Efficiency and Green Building Development” and the “Carbon Peak and Carbon Neutrality Action Plan” commissioned by the housing and urban-rural development departments in Beijing, Chongqing, Changsha, Shenyang, and Qingdao.
