Lotte Folke Kaarsholm is a Danish editor. She manages the opinion desk at Denmark’s largest newspaper Politiken where she is a member of its editorial board and hosts the weekly intellectual podcast ‘Den levende’.
Lotte Folke Kaarsholm was an anchor at the news analysis programme ‘Deadline’ at Denmark’s public service broadcaster DR from 2016-2022. Before that, she was an editor at the Danish newspaper Information.
With an academic background in the humanities, including studies in Durban, South Africa, and in the United States – combined with her many years of reporting in the investigative, international and cultural fields, Lotte Folke Kaarsholm works across sectors to combine academic analysis with real-world, present challenges.
