She was elected as a member of the 4th and 5th Eunpyeong-gu Council and member of the 8th and 9th Seoul Metropolitan Council.
During her career, she was the chairman of the Seoul Metropolitan Council Urban Planning Management Committee as well. And she supported the success of UIA 2017 Seoul.
Since 2018, she has been working with her residents to create a sustainable future and a city where no one is left behind as a 20th and 21st Mayor of Eunpyeong-gu.
