Born in 1957. Masashi Keino has established an architectural design office in a local city at his age of 27. As an architect, his design activities place importance on utilizing the individuality of the local community. Keino has served as a vice president of the Japan Institute of Architects (JIA) and as a chapter manager of Kanto – Koshinetsu Chapter. Part-time lecturer at Utsunomiya University and National Institute of Technology, Oyama College.
