I am a PhD candidate in the School of Architecture at Southeast University, majoring in Architectural History and Theory and working under the supervision of Professor Li Hua. My research focuses on the history and theory of contemporary Chinese architecture and the practice of architectural discourse across contexts, with a particular focus on public buildings and publicity.

My main research includes the conceptual transformation of ‘function’ in the Chinese context (1930s-1950s), The introduction and transformation of ‘public buildings’ in the Chinese context (1920s-1990s), urbanity and publicity of Chinese sports architecture(1950s-2000s).
